These 40 days of daily practice are an opportunity for self connection and healing. The mantra OM NAMO NARAYANI can be translated as ‘i honour the divine in everything including myself’ – when we chant this mantra we are waking up the energy of the tipple goddess Lakshmi Durga and Saraswati inside ourselves.
Narayani is the tripple aspect of these three goddess and combines all of these powers and calls upon the corresponding male counterparts.
When we cant the sacred sounds we begin to wake up these qualities within ourselves. We call forth the high vibrational energy of the divine and it flows to us when we chant with love and devotion in our hearts.
Having a daily meditation practice really supports us in all aspect of our lives.
