Monthly in-person Doula Mediation – June

Location: Preston Park, Brighton
Date: Thursday 6th June
Times: 6.30pm- 8.30pm

At each new moon, we have an opportunity to start a new cycle of creativity for the month.  This circle is for all those working within the perinatal period, doulas, midwives, and other birth professionals. It’s a time for us to come together as a community; to connect, to share stories, and to support each other.

In addition, there will be a healing meditation based on the energy of the group, and the energy of the new moon.

6.30pm – 7pm Meet & Greet (Tea & snacks provided)
7pm – 7.45pm Sharing Circle
7.45pm – 8.30pm – Meditation & Intention setting for the new moon

The facilitation of this group is by donation, for 2 wonderful charities –
Green Shakti (a tree planting charity in India) and Maddies Miracle Breastfeeding Support Bus.
