Aimee’s meditation sessions at Hackney Showroom, north London, are a lovely (late) Saturday morning treat that I always thoroughly enjoy. An easygoing, warm and welcoming group of people make it a great introduction to meditation and a pleasurable way to develop healthier ways of thinking and being. Aimee is a joy to be around, full of fun as well as insight and encouragement. Amazing cakes are provided, too!
