Energy-Lift Healing Sessions
Healing is not because we are ‘broken’. We will all face various challenges throughout our lives and with the right care, and tending to, the hardest things in life can turn into the greatest gifts.
You might have a sense that there’s something in your life that feels like it could do with some lift. Or that you need support in creating change with something that has felt quite stuck!
This could be something you’re experiencing in a relationship with someone else, or in your work. It could be with your sense of purpose or direction with life, or even with your physical health.
My passion is to help clients heal from the past experiences of their own births, or family dynamics that are playing out in current life experiences.
We understand that our early life experiences impact our nervous system’s default setting. Our early relationship with our primary caregivers is the model on which our later relationships are unconsciously co-created. The thoughts and beliefs of our family of origin become the background expectation of how life will be.
So sometimes, no matter how hard you try, you might end up stuck in a cycle or pattern that you really want to change. It could be around your creative expression, your relationships with others, or with another part of your mental and emotional wellbeing.
We all have formative experiences, which create our conditioning, and we have a culture that we are raised in. Sometimes these create limitations on our capacity to access joy and fulfillment, and my job is to support you to connect deeply to part of you that is already whole, healed and connected to inner joy, so you can use that energy to transform your life from the inside out.
What to expect in the session
The session begins with time for you to talk and for me to listen.
I will ask you questions and give space for any emotion or thoughts and feelings to come up.
Being held in a space of compassionate unconditional positive-regard
- The second part of the session is where we work together to move stuck energy in your body-mind-energy-system. This happens through using the power of the breath, powerful statement, intention, and connection to the body
- The third part is where we bring in the energy of peace and light. This energy is supports your mind-body-energy system to hold a new pattern and frequency.
- The final and fourth part is a check out and gentle 5 minutes of integration before the session ends.
