It’s funny with this mantra, I am waking up every day in so much pain, having trouble sleeping and I feel totally transformed after we do the mantra! The pain and tiredness just disappears.

The word Mantra is Sanskrit and it means – Mind release; repeating the sounds over and over, allowing the thinking mind to be subdued and for a connection of deep peace and sometimes even states of bliss to be experienced.
The repeated sound or phrase helps the practitioner bring an inner focus, and is one of the meditation techniques that has been studied the most scientifically.
Mantra Practice

During each practice we will connect with a specific mantra, the sound vibration of the mantra helps us to align with the qualities or essence of the sound.
I run mantra practice throughout the year and often in alignment with the seasons, or equinoxes, solstices or other important energetic hot spots in the year!
Sessions take place normally in the morning and last for 30 minutes. Each day is unique and the group will bring together exactly the right medicine for each person and the whole group!
