Welcome to Morning Mantra and healing to wake up your spirit ️.

This is a guided daily Morning meditation practice that takes place on zoom.  We meet at 6.30 am and practice together for half an hour.  Weekend times may vary.  Whatsapp group to receive the recording each day if you are unable to attend live.

This runs for 40 days from 8th June to 17th July

Body Connection:

The journey from our busy minds to peace can really begin when we start to get present to the sensations of the body.  Most of the time our attention is caught up with the preoccupation of the mind worrying about what might happen or churning over what happened in the past.  When we take the time to begin to bring our attention into the body we begin to come into the present moment.   We connect with what is.
From this place of sensing internally we can begin to have a deeper connection to the deeper parts of who we are, and the energy we that lives within us.
With love and compassion we begin to gentle the old pains we hold.

Pranayama Conscious Breath

This is a type of yoga breathing that actively brings control to the breath. Different techniques will bring different affects to the body-mind system .

Working consciously with the breath can be a beautiful tool for connection to the present moment bringing us out of the suffering of the mind.

Energy-lift Healing

Each session is divinely guided through the intention and collective energy og the group. We use energy-healing to digest and transform old energy thats held in the subconscious from the past.  When we set this free, we uplift the spirit and can experience new sense of inner freedom and joy, as past emotional pain is liberated.

Mantra

For each sadhana (group of meditation sessions) there will be an intention and a mantra which will anchor that healing intention for the group.  Mantra is a way we can support our minds to stay present and focused while at the same time the sound vibrations of each different mantra has a specific healing medicine.  Mantra are the sounds of nature, which were received thousands of years ago by the rishis who went into deep states of meditation.  these healing sounds support our energy body in specific ways, to heal, to grow, and to expand our consciousness.
